📊In Q3 2022, HDB resale prices continued to rise, increasing by 2.6% QOQ, slowing down slightly from the second quarter which posted a 2.8% QOQ increase. For the first nine months of 2022, HDB resale prices have grown by 8%. Meanwhile, the HDB resale market sold 7,546 homes during the quarter, a leap of 10.7% QOQ from the 6,819 flats transacted in Q2 2022.![]()
